Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 08 posts of Store Keeper, Electrician Wireman, Blacksmith, Fitter and Labourer (Tradesman Mate). ARMED FORCES MEDICAL STORES DEPOT IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 08 POSTS OF STORE KEEPER, ELECTRICIAN WIREMAN, BLACKSMITH, FITTER AND LABOURER (TRADESMAN/MATE). LAST DATE — 24/06/2016

1. Store Keeper: 04 Nos. (Gen-02, OBC-01, ExSM-01)
Educational Qualification: 12′” Pass or equivalent examination.
Candidates must have typing speed of 30 w.p.m in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on manual typewriter OR typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
Desirable: Experience in handling medical stores.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-27 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

2. Electrician Wireman: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent examination.
Candidates must have Wireman’s Certificate with 3 Years Experience in a workshop
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-27 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

3. Blacksmith: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent examination
Candidates should have certificated in the Trade or apprenticeship with three years Experience in Smithy, Soldering and Brazing.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-32 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

4. Fitter: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent examination
Candidates must have certificate in the Trade and three years Experience.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-27 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1900/-

5. Labourer Redesignated T/Mate: 01 Nos. (PWD (VH)-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or equivalent examination
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-37 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- Grade Pay Rs.1800/-

Upper Age Relaxation: The age mentioned above will be counted as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Physical Test.

Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for 02 years. Selected candidates will work in Armed Forces Medical Stores Depot, 20, Manekshaw Road, Pune-1 and transferable in all India service liability including field service.
