Office of the District Magistrate & Collector, North 24 Parganas, District Social Audit Unit, is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 550 posts of Village Resource Person. Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF below) along with testimonials. The vacancies are for following Blocks – Bagda, Bongaon, Barasat-I, Amdanga and Gaighata Educational qualification required and other details in brief, for informational purpose only in interest of job seeker, are given below —

OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT MAGISTRATE & COLLECTOR, NORTH 24 PARGANAS UNIT, IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 550 POSTS OF VILLAGE RESOURCE PERSON. LAST DATE — 13/06/2016

1. Village Resource Person: 550 Nos.

Name of the Block and vacancies:

1.  Bagda: 90 Posts (10 posts in each Gram Panchayat. There is total 09 Gram Panchayat under Bagda Block)

2.  Bongaon: 160 Posts (10 posts in each Gram Panchayat. There is total 16 Gram Panchayat under Bongaon Block)

3.  Barasat-I: 90 Posts. (10 posts in each Gram Panchayat. There is total 09 Gram Panchayat under Barasat-I Block)

4.  Amdanga: 80 Posts. (08 posts in each Gram Panchayat. There is total 08 Gram Panchayat under Amdanga Block)

5.  Gaighata: 130 Posts. (10 posts in each Gram Panchayat. There is total 13 Gram Panchayat under Gaighata Block)

Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent pass.

Essential:
(i) Candidate or the family of the candidate should possess MGNREGA Job Card and should have worked in MGNREGS.
(ii) Candidates should be permanent resident of any above said Block.
(iii) Candidates should apply for vacancies for a particular Block of which he/she is a resident.
(iv) Women/ Female candidates of Self Help Group (SHG) will be given preference.
(v) Preference will be given to candidates having supervising experience in MGNREGA

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years

Candidates’ Selection: Candidates will be shortlisted on basis of marks in Madhyamik/equivalent examination and on basis of previous work experience/ Member of SHG.

The shortlisted candidates will be then called for Interview.

The list of shortlisted candidates will be declared tentatively on 27/06/2016 in the official website of North 24 Parganas – www.north4parganas.gov.in

The above said vacancies cannot be taken as permanent government job. Candidates will be paid wages for the day worked only on “No work No pay” basis. The amount of daily wages will be as per MGNREGA norms. (Please see the officially released advertisement for complete details).

How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format (See PDF filebelow) along with self-attested copies of Madhyamik/equivalent Mark sheet & Admit Card, Voter card/Adhar card/ Ration card, Job Card (self or of family members) and SHG certificate (if available in case of member of SHG).

Candidates must enclose one loose passport size color photograph with the Application form.

Candidates must also enclose 01 Self-Addressed envelope with the Application Form.

The sealed envelope containing the Application form should bear candidate’s full address and Name of Gram Panchayat & Name of the Block.”
