INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY ROORKEE INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 05 POSTS OF JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (PHYSIOTHERAPIST), JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL), YOGA INSTRUCTOR AND JUNIOR LAB ASSISTANT. LAST DATE — 24.06.2016 (5.00 pm)

1. Junior Technical Superintendent (Physiotherapist): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) Degree including completion of compulsory rotating internship with at least 05 years of experience OR Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) with 03 years of experience.
Desirable: Post graduation qualification MPT.
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on last date of receipt of application
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

2. Junior Engineer (Civil): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering preferable first class with three years relevant experience
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on last date of receipt of application
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4200/-

3. Junior Engineer (Civil): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering preferable first class with three years relevant experience
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on last date of receipt of application
Fixed Pay: Rs.28290/-

4. Yoga Instructor ( Female/ Male): 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Three year Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and Two years Post Graduation Degree in Yoga
Experience: Minimum 05 years experience in imparting yoga training to the students/staff candidates should have practical knowledge and able to perform all types of Yoga asana.
Desirable:
i) Two years Yoga teaching experience to the students
ii) Experience of being a Trainer/Coach of a team of students representing the University/College in the Inter-University competitions or the State in National Championship in Yoga.
iii) Candidates should have good knowledge of Hindi and English.
Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on last date of receipt of application
Fixed Pay: Rs.25000/-

5. Junior Lab Assistant: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent OR Three year’s duration Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates must have knowledge of computer applications
Age Limit: Maximum-27 years as on last date of receipt of application
Fixed Pay: Rs.17510/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Job-oriented Test / Written Test.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 01.07.2016
